Officers of the COK

Board of Directors

COK is ruled by an elected Board, consisting of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and two at large Directors. The Board then appoints Chairmen of committees as needed.

Elections are held every year at the Annual Picnic and Membership Meeting.

The current Gang of Five is listed below:

President:	David Alexander
Presides over all COK membership meetings as well as Board meetings. Appoints chairmen of committees.
Vice President:	Bill Ketring
Fills in for the President when the latter is unavailable, and otherwise assists him.
Treasurer:	Connie Chamley (acting)
Keeps track of COK funds. Produces financial statements as required by the Board, at least once a year.
Directors At Large:	James Sisk — 2 year term Mark Chamley (acting) — 1 year term
Bring more experience and perspective to the Board. No specific duties. They should try not to get in the way.
